Trusts are designed to protect property, money for children and to make provision for various beneficiaries after your death.
As Wills can be contested but Trusts cannot, they’re often combined with a Will to help meet specific wishes, protect assets from divorce, remarriage and creditors, and avoid taxation eating into their value. There are many types of trust, and we’ll help find the best for you.
Lasting Power of Attorney
If you’re unable to make decisions for yourself, for example because of a medical condition, Lasting Power of Attorney (LPA) is a legal document that means someone you trust (your attorney) can make them on your behalf.
There are two types of LPA, one for medical welfare and one for financial matters, and our experts can explain the benefits of each in full and put them in place for you.
