About

The Aiker difference

We understand that everyone’s life is different. So we start by arranging a face-to-face visit from one of our highly trained team, who’ll explain all the options and processes clearly and simply. They’ll look at your circumstances, listen to your concerns and offer advice when necessary, to make sure you’re not only happy with any arrangements you put in place, but also that they’re the most suitable for you. But where we really make a difference is in what comes afterwards.

Tailored legacy advice for life

We’ll keep in touch, checking in with you as often as you feel comfortable with (usually every 18 months to two years) to see how your life and circumstances may have changed. That way, we can take into account life events – such as family fall-outs, divorce or changes in legislation – that might affect your legacy arrangements, and make changes accordingly; rather like any financial adviser would do with your investments. We’ll always be here with help and guidance whenever you need us – that’s why you can treat us as your legacy adviser for life.

Not all wills are created equal

Making a will is the perfect place to start your legacy planning. But some providers make out it’s much easier than it actually is. With anything other than the very simplest arrangements, trying to do it yourself using an online will provider or a will pack can leave your loved ones with a raft of problems that only come to light after your death. That’s why you’re better with a tailored service like ours, working alongside Aiker Legal Ltd, a UK law firm fully regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority, for added peace of mind.
